Your account

• Give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts created in another person's name, or to mislead, will be removed.

Membership

Submitting an application does not by itself make you a member. Membership is granted at the party's discretion under its constitution, and may be suspended or withdrawn in line with party discipline. Membership cards remain the property of the party.

Public profiles

If you make your profile public, you are responsible for what you write on it. Content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that impersonates the party or its office-bearers will be removed, and the account may be closed.

Donations

Donations are governed by our donation & refund policy.

Content on this site

The party name, symbol, seal and other marks are the property of the United People's Party Liberal and may not be used to suggest endorsement without written permission. News and press releases may be quoted with attribution.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, errors, or the use of information on the site, except where the law does not allow such limits.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kokrajhar, Assam, have jurisdiction.
